Essay Question: How does the existence of an extensive network of highways, waterways, and railways contribute to economic success in North America?
This question was to be answered in class today in a one page essay and turned in at the end of class. I am posting this in case I had anyone absent today so that you can turn it in tomorrow or by the final exam at the latest.

Monday the 12th- Lab Day. Assignment choices given in class. Students will do research on the culture of one Latin American country. Collect the Dragon and Anchor Homework.
Tuesday the 13th- Latin American Food Day. Class presentations of research done in lab.
Wednesday the 14th- Perceptions of Latin America Activities/discussion. 3-D Maps of Latin America.
Thursday the 15th-The class will create huge class posters related to several topics: Deforestation, Drug Trade, Amazon Rain Forest, environmental disasters, and MERCOSUR.
Friday the 16th- Students will present topics to class.
