This week is HOYA Pride Week. On Thursday, students are to dress in red, white, and blue for Patriot's Day
On Friday, we will have our first pep rally and students are to wear Harrison Shirts/Colors

If your son or daughter did not have their picture made on orientation day, picture retakes are on Thursday and Friday this week. All students need to have their picture made for the yearbook and student IDs

On Sept. 10, students will be given the opportunity to complete a form to order yearbooks. Yearbooks are $85.00 and need to be ordered on this day. Do not bring money to school, a form will be sent to you if your child completes the information sheet on Wednesday.

Hello and Welcome Back
Our first week went well and the Hoya Coffee Cafe opened this morning. I am having trouble uploading the cafe schedule to my blog so please check your child's schedule to see when they are working. It is important that they are here and on time to their job.

2nd Block - Personal Skills
We will be cleaning the coffee cafe daily and delivering coffee during 2nd block. Beginning next week, we start working in the PAES Lab as well.

4th Block - English
Each day we will begin with an independent reading and writing activity. Students will have this work in their notebook.
Monday - Begin vocabulary unit and read "Mama and her Bank Account"

5th Block - Math
