WOW, the week before Thanksgiving! If you are traveling for the holiday, PLEASE bring back soil. It makes our collection more interesting!! The week ahead, we will be working on a resume and cover letter. I will cover the topic and give plenty of examples. I have an information packet (the one that the guidance dept. uses for seniors) that needs to be filled out. In class, each student should have made a rough draft. We will be going to the computer lab on Thursday to type your resume & cover letter. The resume & cover letter will be due at the end of class on Thursday. I will review them & return them. If corrections need to be made, grades will be given AFTER corrections are made & resumes returned. Corrections are DUE ON FRIDAY NOV 21. They will not be accepted after Nov 21.
