Sophie's World Complete Assignment

Remember this is the complete assignment. The due dates for the questions may change depending upon the circumstances. You still have an idea of when things will be due.

This book is a history of philosophy. Philosophy is the background to our course. As we start in the Renaissance, remember the obsession the humanists have for Ancient Greece and Rome. Be familiar especially with Plato--his philosophy provides much of the basis for the ideals of government and society especially as we get to the Enlightenment. So play close attention to that chapter. Also--remember that Sophie is your age so you should be able to relate to her experiences.
