1. Reflection #1--How is the Leadership Class like a job? (Discussed in groups, then as a class--make sure that you have this in your reflections folder!)
2. Discussion of how C.V.s and Reflections folders were graded. Late Reflection Folders and Late C.V.s can receive a grade no higher than 80.
3. Make sure that you use the form for your reflections and that you actually "reflect" on what is going well and not so well in your leadership projects.
4. Today, make sure that you reflect on last week's responsibilities and duties "FOR THE WEEK OF OCT. 27-31".

Thought for today: We cannot learn if we do not ask the right questions!

P.S. Grades are done and up to date, but I want to give you beneficial and complete feedback; that may take a few more days! I will bring in leadership folders tomorrow and the C.V.s that I have finished--be patient! You may update your C.V. if you would like to have another C.V. grade to be averaged in, but you do not have to do so--your call.

Reflection folder grades are for accountability and those cannot be changed; however, you will receive one more folder grade--keep up with daily journals, team activities, and weekly reflections.
