Calculus Agenda August 20th-24th

We are entering the second week of pre-calculus topics necessary for Calculus.
Monday - Evaluating and graphing exponential and logarithmic functions / Worksheet
Tuesday - Exploring transformations and their effect on parent functions / Worksheet
Wednesday - Trigonometry (Unit Circle, Identities, Equations) / Worksheets
Thursday - Review Day / Worksheet / Finish for Homework and Study for Test!
Friday - Unit 1 Test over Pre-Calculus / No assignment

Note: The first two weeks are review topics students have been taught before, hence the fast pace. Most students have forgotten topics or have not had them in the depth we teach them at now. Students may feel a bit overwhelmed and rushed. That is a normal reaction! Next week we actually begin the study of Calculus. The pace will slow down and it will actually get easier! Hang in there!

Remember: Extra help is available if needed before and after school in 416.
