Student Parking Update

We have emailed parking decal payment instructions to all students awarded parking for the remainder of this fall semester. We will be distributing decals to those students who have paid next Wednesday, November 4. Please see below for your scheduled parking decal pickup time.

  • 8:00–9:30 a.m. (Last names beginning A–D)
  • 9:45–11:15 a.m. (Last names beginning E–K)
  • 12:15–1:45 p.m. (Last names beginning L–R)
  • 2:00–3:30 p.m. (Last names beginning S–Z)

Please make sure to come during your scheduled pickup time slot.

We will distribute decals from the athletic office (new location is room 801). Please park in the bus port, and enter the building at the breezeway 800 hall entrance. The office will be the first door to the right once you enter the building. We will also place signage out to help guide you to the right place.

Application procedure

      Registration will take place online and is only open to rising junior and senior students. To apply for parking, you will need to complete all required information on the parking application form by following the link below. Please note the following points to help you prepare for registration:

      • You will need to upload a copy of your valid driver’s license and current insurance card.
        *A photo or scanned copy will be fine, but please make sure all information is easily readable.
      • You will need signatures from the driver/applicant, a parent/guardian, and the vehicle owner.
        *You may complete all signatures digitally on the form.
      • If you would like to register a second vehicle, please use our registration link.
      • Lastly, please make sure that you carefully read through the information outlined in both the rules and regulations and the HHS parking contract sections before signing and submitting your application.

      You will receive a confirmation email after you submit your parking application. We will process all applications, then we will award the parking. Finally, we will send out an email with instructions regarding decal payment and pick up. If we do not have enough parking and you are on a waiting list, we will send you an email notifying you. All communication will be through the email on your online registration. Thank you!
